BUMN Holding Mining Industry MIND ID together with MIND ID Group members, distributed a total of 968 sacrificial animals, consisting of 555 cows and 413 goats. A total of 117 sacrificial animals, 73 cows, and 44 goats from MIND ID. The distribution areas include Tasikmalaya, Garut, Bandung, Bogor (West Java), Demak (Central Java), Lamongan, Jember, Blora, Probolinggo, Malang (East Java), Medan (North Sumatra), Palembang (South Sumatra), Pontianak (West Kalimantan), Kotawaringin (Central Kalimantan), and Jakarta.
Meanwhile, the details of the distribution of sacrificial animals of MIND ID Group include PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM) as many as 79 cows and 146 goats, PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Inalum) (33 cows and 2 goats), PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) (170 cows and 130 goats), PT Timah Tbk (200 cows), PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI), and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. The total number of sacrificial animals distributed by MIND ID Group was 968 with details, 555 cows, and 413 goats.
The sacrificial animals were distributed in all operational areas of MIND ID Group, including PTBA's operational areas, in Bandar Lampung, Siak Riau, and East Jakarta. Meanwhile, the distribution of sacrificial animals from PT. Inalum was distributed to the Toba region, North Sumatra. The sacrificial animals from PT. ANTAM were distributed to the operating areas around Pongkor West Java, Kolaka and North Konawe Southeast Sulawesi, Tayan West Kalimantan, Buli North Maluku, and Pulogadung DKI Jakarta.
MIND ID corporate secretary, Heri Yusuf, said the distribution of sacrificial animals in the framework of Eid al-Adha 1444 H is part of a form of care and tolerance among fellow humans which is one of the MIND ID Group's social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) programs. The purchase of sacrificial animals is mostly through the synergy of SOEs, namely through PT. Berdikari.
Berdikari is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) engaged in integrated farming of chickens, cows, sheep, goats, buffaloes, and processed products. "MIND ID is always committed to implementing community social programs and supporting welfare improvement, one of which is by distributing sacrificial animals during Eid al-Adha 2023," said Heri Yusuf, Wednesday (28/6/2023).
Heri explained MIND ID is committed to continuing to be able to contribute positively to society, both in business and social responsibility to the community. Members of MIND ID Holding also involve local farmers to provide sacrificial cows that will be distributed to the community. "MIND ID and the MIND ID Group are always committed to implementing community social programs to support the improvement of welfare in all areas of the company's operations so that this real contribution can be felt directly and sustainably," claimed Heri.
