Authentic Papuan coffee and two types of Waanal Coffee and Resto's signature cakes, namely banoffee pie and mousse cake are served at the peak celebration of World Environment Day, which was held by PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) at Memorial Park, Kuala Kencana, Friday (10/6/ 2022). "As usual when there is a bazaar activity, we always highlight Papuan coffee in Waanal. Two cakes are the signature, such as banoffee pie and mousse cake," said Operational Manager of Waanal Coffee and Resto, Steve Matulessy on the sidelines of the exhibition.
According to Steve, Papuan coffee, which has been loved by many Timika and outside Papua residents, is sold in the form of beans and 200 grams of packed powder. Besides, other food and drinks are also sold at IDR 25 thousand. For food, there are chicken geprek, chicken chicken, spaghetti bolognese, french fries sausage, and BBQ. As for beverages, there are cold brew hazelnuts, cold brew caramel, waanal coffee, palm sugar, green tea, chocolate, and fresh orange juice. "For payments, we do not only accept cash but also through a scan of the QRIS barcode to make it easier for guests to pay," he concluded.
